YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE BOTH READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. The owner/s, management, affiliates, copywriters, staff and suppliers do not take any responsibility for any loss that occurred due to the use of this site and the use of the site is to your sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Age 

You have to be over the age of 18 years old to make use of this website and its services. Should you be under the age of 18 years old then our services to you may be cancelled without any reason of explanation.

Special

Chick my Resume, their owners, management, their staff, their management affiliates, suppliers, does not take any responsibility for information that is lost and can not be recovered after submission.

Under no circumstances does Chick my Resume, their owners, their staff, their management affiliates, suppliers take any responsibility for information that is incorrectly provided by individual users during completing a resume and it is the responsibility of the recipient to verify that information in the resume submitted is correct and /or true as provided.

Chick my Resume, their owners, their staff, their management affiliates, suppliers do not take any responsibility for resume’s not being able to be conducted due to server issues or availability.

First Draft Resume

After we have received your information and inputted it into your chosen resume format you will be sent a first draft which provides you with the opportunity to make changes. Once the changes have been made according to your specifications it will be sent back to you in the method as specified by you which will constitute the final draft for you to confirm.

Final Resume

Once the final resume has been emailed or sent to you via social media channels we consider the process complete from our side.

Time Limit

We strive to provide each resume as fast and accurate as possible to clients. The maximum amount of time that a resume will take is between 7 – 9  working days.

Pricing

Our pricing can change from time to time without prior notice and the correct price charged will be the amount stated on the chosen resume template.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Giveaway

All giveaway winners will be announced on our social media platforms and we may request a picture of you and your giveaway prize to accompany the post.

You will be contacted via your social media profile and should claim your giveaway prize within 10 working days from the time the message was sent. Should a giveaway prize be unclaimed after 10 working days then a new winner will be randomly chosen from the entries received.

You have to be over the age of 18 years old to be eligible to take part in the giveaway or be taken into consideration for the giveaway prize.

Currently, our giveaways are only for South Africa but more countries will be added in due course.

Prizes will be sent in seven working days to the address you specify, once claiming your giveaway prize.

Recruitment Agency Ad Placement
All our current Ads cost R50 per 30 days per vacancy and Ad placement may be limited due to available space on the platform. All information placed in Ads on our platform is derived from the informational form filled in by the recruitment agency thus ensure accuracy prior to submission. Once a Ad/Ads has been placed on our platform a link will be provided to the agency to confirm the information provided in the Ad/Ads are correct as specified. Under no circumstances does Chick my Resume, their owners, their staff, their management affiliates, suppliers take any responsibility for any incorrect information provided or lack of checking an Ad/Ads once they have gone live or any loss incurred due to these reasons.
