Once we receive an email or WhatsApp message that you are satisfied with our services. Once we have received confirmation, your resume/cv/cover letter will be discarded from our system after 14 working days.

Our general estimated duration is 3-5 working days. This can be shorter should you provide us with the required info to complete your resume/cv/cover letter as soon as possible.

That is not an issue at all. Please specify on your order form that you would like to omit a profile photo, and we will make sure to realign and create your resume or cv so that it looks aesthetically correct.

We have the option of three generic cover letters. Our first cover letter is catered to introducing you to employers. Our second cover letter introduces you to Human Resources Managers, and our third cover letter option presents your job-seeking desires with already established connections you might have.

Your own cover letter that you provide will be grammatically corrected. Where required, we will use our own professional discretion to add to your own cover letter to highlight your career strengths.

Yes,, we can translate your CV from Afrikaans to English. We have a multi lingual team and have assisted many customers in the past with translations. To translate your CV from Afrikaans to English can be done at a cost of R150 per CV.

We only keep resumes/cv’s/cover letters on our system for the duration of 14 working days. Should you require any additional changes after your resume/cv/cover letter has been discarded from our system, we charge R100 for any changes. Please forward your resume/cv/cover letter to admin@chickmyresume.co.za with the changes to be made.

We allocate three working days to submit any corrections required on your resume/cv/cover letter. Lengthy corrections must be sent to admin@chickmyresume.co.za and minor corrections to us on WhatsApp at 076 622 6935.

After placing your order, you will be directed to a screen with our banking details which you can use to do an EFT or cell phone banking. You will also receive an email from us to confirm that we have received your order with our banking details.

A refund will only be considered by Chick my Resume before commencement on working on your Resume, CV, or Cover letter. Once the copywriter has started with your documents, it will become non-refundable.

The footnote is placed on all our CVs as a standard to distinguish them from others because we offer reduced pricing for clients who have done their CVs through us in the past.

Should you purchase the PDF and Word options, you are more than welcome to remove the footnote as required.

Most definitely. Many CVs we do are up to four or five pages, depending on your work history and experience. We only display a one-page CV and Cover letter on the website as an example.

If your CV is more than one page, we will use the same CV style and color you have chosen on all the other pages.
